The Plan

Every so often I realize that I've been spending too much. As a result I take a month (although the first time was 40 days) and 'fast' on spending. It's not easy, but it's quite helpful in many ways. Each time I've done this I have actually made between 50 and 200 dollars. Combine that with the money I didn't spend, and the fact that I reformed my spending, it can have a big impact financially.

Day 18: Comedic insight

Another dull day. I treated myself to a corn muffin from ABP even if it does cost an arm and a leg. Lunch was noodles and dinner was tortellini. I started watching 'How I Met Your Mother' on a DVD that I got from Netflix. This, and 'Big Bang Theory' have been highly suggested to me but I can't stand laugh tracks. I bailed on BBT because the canned laughter was driving my bonkers, but never got around this one. Anna's persistence helped me give it a shot. So far I like it
