The PlanEvery so often I realize that I've been spending too much. As a result I take a month (although the first time was 40 days) and 'fast' on spending. It's not easy, but it's quite helpful in many ways. Each time I've done this I have actually made between 50 and 200 dollars. Combine that with the money I didn't spend, and the fact that I reformed my spending, it can have a big impact financially.

Day 16: Second fortnight
At home I found a coupon for a free Whopper from Burger King it is old but no expiration. I don't know if I should make my stomach deal with that though, so I brought the leftover pizza for lunch too. I grabbed the mail on the way to the bus and found that there was another medical reimbursement check for $60 woo! There was also reward things from my Discover Card, 2 movie tickets and a $5 gift card. Lots of good income stuff it seems today. Food at work was yogurt, cheese, leftover pizza and an apple. Aaron gave me a little pasta thing to try out too but I didn't eat that yet. I sent a txt to Brittany while I was at work and offered to take her out to a movie for her birthday. I figured it would be a good way to use my Discover rewards! She said maybe Thursday or Friday. When I got home I had a $1 frozen pizza and the last of the pudding. Entertainment for the night was Hulu, a nap and Netflix (watched with Anna remotely). I'll be going to sleep early tonight. All the travel has caught up with me.
