    The 'End' - 7/20/04

Well, you may have noticed that the last few sections got less than humorous. I did them all at once about a month after I finished things up. Once I had moved in, I spent the night on the couch for a few days while I forced myself to unpack the kitchen and the living room. Slowly I have been working through the upstairs and getting little projects done from day to day.

Here are some of the things I have put together, with Jul's help of course.

Entertainment center ready to go. Two sets of shelves were brought up from the basment for our dishes and food to hide.
My clothes stayed on the bed while I made the closet Spent a few weeks getting the internet connection set up.
Shelves and a bar show up in the closet. Shelves not shown. Dresser made its way into the bathroom closet.
Dimmer makes the kitchen just that much cooler.

Fan loses its spot in the kitchen.

Light from the apartment is installed in the kitchen. I found a little hamper to use for my towel storage upstairs.
Upstairs bathroom hardware installed Mirror for the shower.
I do some more painting in my room. (walls, closets, crawlspace trim. Light installed above kitchen sink.
Toilet seat and storage all ready to go. Jul drops down a new rug.
Cable and phone got wired for both the downstairs bedrooms.
Motion detecting spot light on the back of the workshed. Mikshakes and rootbeer floats become the dominant part of my diet.
Tow truck arrives to pull out someone that parked behind the second shed instead of the first. Work takes up most of my days.

There is a lot more. I will try to wander around and take more pictures. I just wanted to catch you all up on the basics. Come visit any time. Just remember, park behind the shed. The FIRST shed.
