    Season 2 - 5/26/07

    Saturday Taikara and I marked out the garden and we put some of the plants in. 16 tomatoes (3 kinds), 16 peppers(4 kinds), and 12 broccoli. I think that's all. It was a lot.


    Several other plants required that they be planted in mounds. I popped them into the ground later on once I got more energy. 8 zucchinis, 4 cucumbers, and 4 squash. The cucumbers were eaten almost immediately last year. I decided to put added protection in. First I tossed a circle of fencing around the cucumbers and then another around the broccoli.


    Last but not least I got myself an owl. He is named h00t and he keeps some of the critters away.
