    Whipped Cream Topping by Sox

    This is a basic recipe that you can find all over. I prefer to use it for the silk pies that I make but it's easy to use for just about anything.

    Whipped Cream Topping
    Serves: enough for a 9" pie   Time: 5 minutes

    Ingredients:
    1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
    1 1/2 T sugar
    1 t vanilla
    Tools: Stand mixer with wisk attachment
    or electric hand mixer

    Directions: Whip all ingredients until you get stiff peaks (cool whip consistancy)
